The Sheriffhales Shuffle
The Sheriffhales Shuffle was a new event in 2009 incorporating a challenging 7 mile mixed terrain run and a 1 mile fun run. The event brings together various groups from the community to help raise money for our new Village Hall. Over £ 800 was raised in 2009 and will take place again in 2010 on the 16th May.

“As we set off at 11:00 the heavens opened and we got f… soaked! Along with the howling wind it made for a muddy but brilliant race out towards Lilleshall National Sports centre on off road tracks.”
Dudley & Kingswinford:-
"I'm not sure if this was a one off or if it was going to be a regular on the race calendar. If that wasn't intended......then it should be !!. This was a cracking race organised by Newport and District running club to help raise a few quid for the village hall”
