Edinburgh Marathon
Gary Postins made the journey north to Scotland and was hoping for a decent race, but again the heat of the weekend took it’s toll.
Running strongly from the start, he passed the half way mark in just under the hour and a half, but he slowed considerably in the second part of the race to finish 1261st out of almost 10000 runners in what was still a good time of 3hr 39m 28s. However Gary knows that he would have done better in more favourable conditions.
